The saw blade unit, with a long shaft, runs vertically along prismatic slides. Stability and lack of vibration are ensured by the considerable distance between the bearings and the long shaft.

The sliding system adopted on the new carriage, with large diameter bearings that roll along tempered and ground prismatic tracks, provides excellent smoothness and ± 0.05 mm straight cutting along the whole carriage stroke.

Carriage in anodized aluminium alloy running on adjustable, high precision tempered and hardened steel guide.
The carriage has a lock which can be inserted in any position, making loading of the pieces to be machined even safer.
Horizontal and vertical adjustment of the scoring saw is manual, with rapid movement and locking in any saw position, vertical or angled.
Raising the saw blade is motorised, while tilting is manual via a front handwheel and gravitational readout.
